eClinitek – a Patient Record Management System For Doctors

eClinitek is a system designed to help doctors to manage patient’s records. Patient’s record could comprise of his/her cronical conditions or pefect systems which has helped you diagnosing the problem or it could be daily routine checkup details like BP, Pulses etc. The system is also capable to let you enter the Operation photographs or pictures related to Ultrasound, CTScan, Xray etc. The main problem which arise with handling these photographs with other system is the image size. eClinitek provides 2 view for your single input photograph file – a smaller view (to help you see more photographs on single screen), bigger view (for the photo you wishes to see enlarged).

Maintaining patient records is really helpful when you are allowed to refer/consult the patient's old history / procedure, on the basis of CR No., chronical conditions, symptoms etc. Say for example, you want to refer your old patients for mouth cancer or jaw piece ulcers and cancers, you may be able to locate such records on the basis of their sysmtoms or conditions as you had entered in past.

The system presents a virtual patient card showing various details on the same single window screen – chronic conditions, symptoms, daily diary, allergies, etc and provides you the facility to view X-ray, CTScan, MRI etc photographs, just on a click of a button.
